While studying at the University of Kent in Canterbury (2016), I created my first work Skindeep, which set in motion a continuing interest in the body, its physicality and its boundaries. I aim at walking on the boundaries that separate different media and blur the lines to make my work interdisciplinary. I want to question not only the boundaries of the body, but the boundaries of artistic institutions that hold said body.
Currently I am working as a youthworker in Brussels. The diversity, their stories is a constant source of inspiration, not to mention the city in itself.
My interests have expanded from the body to more abstract atmospheres. I want to make the nonphysical physical. I want to give feelings a body within visual arts.
